Plas Dinas Country House's popular fine-dining restaurant, the Gun Room, has been awarded its first Rosette by the AA! Under the curatorship of award-winning Welsh Chef, Daniel ap Geraint, the Gun Room is open for dinner from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 18h45.
The restaurant offers a small but diverse menu with locally sourced ingredients with a distinct bias toward a modern take on traditional Welsh favourites. The menu changes monthly and vegan and vegetarian options are available on request.
